The Midtown Center is focused on the personal and educational development of boys through their youth and adolescence. Our programs are segmented to appeal to three age groups:
The One-on-One program is for 4th, 5th and 6th graders
Midtown Achievement Program (MAP) is for 9th – 10th graders
College Orientation Program (COP) is for 9th-12th grade

Walgreens One-on-One
Students and tutors paired up for weekly one-on-one tutoring. Character development as well as fine arts classes are included. Join us for academic enrichment, fun and the chance to make new friends!
Prepare for high school! What happens when you combine fun and challenging academic classes, competitive sports, mentoring from excellent male role models, and character development? You end up with the premier program in Chicago for young men in 7th and 8th grade . . . the Midtown Achievement Program, which has prepared thousands of students for college preparatory high schools since 1965.
For high school boys entering 9th-12th grade. Midtown reaches out to the academically average student who needs the motivation to boost their grades and increase their chances of being accepted into college. The program's goal is to prepare each student for successfully entering college. The program has two sessions: an evening school year program and a summer program.
At Midtown, we are aware that nobody goes to school to get a degree in parenting. Nor do babies come delivered with manuals under their arm for proper education in becoming good persons, wonderful citizens and useful human beings for their families and society.
Midtown’s Parenting Program has been carrying out the sole purpose of being a resourceful tool for you, the Midtown families. Its aim is to enrich you as parents, so that you become better primary educators of your children.
